Angkor Micro-Finance is currently seeking a motivated, experienced and dedicated candidate to join with our professional team for the position of:

Accountant Supervisor

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Finance or Accounting.
  • Good knowledge in local tax regulations and accounting standards.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Good at communication in English for writing, reading & speaking.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • Good knowledge of QuickBooks Accounting Software.
  • Experience in handling pressure and challenge work.
  • Be honest, Loyal, reliable, flexible, innovative, fast learner and hard working

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Overview the cash flow and cash predictions for office.
  • Direct financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
  • Ensure transactions are properly recorded timely.
  • Prepare financial statements and report to Manager.
  • Prepare monthly taxation to submit at Tax Department.
  • Check and follow up of staff cash advance and clear, account receivable, account payable
  • Prepare debit note and invoice.
  • Develop templates for company.
  • Must possess good observation power, monitors the work of company.
  • Control and update office facilities, office equipment.
  • Budget and planning section is responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring financial issues of the Company.
  • Other tasks assign by Manager.
  • Other duty assigns by Manager or Managing Director

 

Accountant Officer

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, accounting/finance.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in related field.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer Skill: Microsoft Office.
  • Good in English and Burmese.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare related financial documents such as payment voucher, journal voucher for company.
  • Assist in preparing and updating finance related forms.
  • Prepare tax related documents & reports and responsible for monthly, quarterly, and yearly declaration of tax to government tax authority.
  • Prepare Monthly Reports
  • Responsible for filing financial/accounting documents in appropriate condition.
  • Ensure the appropriate storage of soft copy of all financial/accounting documents.
  • Involving in cash maintenance and managing daily cash flow for operation in office.
  • Actively participate in professional up-grading courses as required.
  • Be an active learner. Play an active role in seeking out and participating in learning experiences.
  • Ensuring the team member ability is enough for doing their tasks and team, as a whole, is doing well and on time.
  • Sharing and coaching frequently in order to strengthen a high productive team work.

 

 

Branch Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, management or any related field
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
  • Problem solving skill and negotiation skill.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good at English language.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in branch’s staff recruitment process, capacity development, annual appraisal and ensure that staffs are capable to identify their strength or weakness, they are strongly motivated, disciplinary actions are taken appropriately and conflicts are solved peacefully.
  • Participate in preparing and implementing the operational target plan including loan, saving, staffing, budgeting, and especially branch’s profitability. In addition, distribute loan target to individual loan officer then regularly monitor and evaluate staffs’ performance, and provide feedback and coaching to staffs for improving their work performance.
  • Formulate and employ strategies to penetrate company’s products to the target clientele as well as market segments throughout the branch’s operational areas in effective and efficient manner through various approaches including building of good relationship with potential customers and local authorities, promotion of the products, attracting and maintaining clients and identifying business opportunity in existing and new operation areas.
  • Ensure that all income and expense transactions are well reviewed, authorized, and recorded into the right accounting code with sufficient supporting documents, internal control system is strongly implemented, and accounting and financial reports can be generated in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that clients are well selected, all loans are well assessed before approving, good customer services are delivered, and portfolio quality is well managed.
  • To ensure good working environment within working place, staffs have good relationship to each other, local authority’s liaison and other stakeholders.
  • Be a legal representative of Angkor Finance Co., Ltd to signed loan contract with customer.
  • Be willing and ready to contribute and assist where needed.

 

Loan Officer: 15 Positions

Qualifications

  • Any graduates, diploma/certificate in accounting/finance are preferred.
  • Working experience in related field.
  • Knowledge of customer and personal service.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good at English Language.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze market area for promoting and selling company’s products to the public.
  • Deliver training on loan product, policy and procedure to customers or communities.
  • Build and maintain good relationship with colleagues, customers, local authorities and other stakeholders.
  • Implement target plan distributed by chief credit agent or branch manager.
  • Perform data collection, validation and appraisal to all loan applicants before recommending for approval.
  • Help clients to complete loan application and loan agreement than explain them to make sure that they are well understand of all clauses in those documents especially loan agreement.
  • Perform loan monitoring, reviewing and solve problem related to default loans.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
